FAQ's

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Once we have received payment and your order details then allow up to 7 - 10 working days for your order to made. 

    Should you need your item sooner than this please contact us to check if we have an opening in our schedule.  If we do then we will be more than happy to undertake your order.

  • Are your items dishwasher safe?

    Yes they are unless they feature glitter.  With products that feature glitter we then recommend hand washing only to extend the longevity of the design.

  • Are your items microwave safe?

    No they are not.

  • How do I order?

    You can order directly from this website via our SHOP. 

    Select the product you wish to purchase and click on the "ADD TO CART" button. 

    You can then check out and select your payment method.  Otherwise if you prefer you can also order via phone or email.

  • I have a promotional code, but how do I use it?

    Just enter the code during the check out process.  You will come across a field where it can be entered and once you have do so click on the "apply" button. 

  • What payment methods do you have available?

    You can use PayPal, bank deposit or cheque.  If you would like to pay by credit card then you can do so via PayPal. 

    You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use pay via it.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    No we don’t. 

    You do save on postage though if you order more than one item from us, but that is completely up to you.

  • Do you combine postage for multiple purchases?

    Our postage cost is actually based on your order value and details of this can be found in the Payment & Postage Section.  

    If you are located in Hobart and are happy to collect your order from us then enter the code "HOBART" during checkout to cancel the postage charge.

  • Will I receive notification when my order has been sent?

    Yes you will. 

    We will email you when your order has been sent and the couriers estimated delivery time and the tracking details so you can track the progress of your order.

  • Do you send internationally?

    Yes we can, but please contact us for a postage quote.
