All items are made to order so please allow 5 – 10 working days (unless otherwise specified on the product listing) for your order to be made. If you need your order quicker than this please contact us to see if we have an opening in our schedule.
Once your order has been made we will update your order status with the tracking number, etc.
We use either Australia Post or a courier to send our orders and all items are covered by insurance. Delivery can take between an estimated 3 – 10 days depending on where you are located. If you would like a more specific timeframe then please contact us. We do also offer Express Post if you are needing your item the fastest way possible too if you are within the Express Post network.
