TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the R.E.S Designs online store for all your personalise hand painted glasses and unique printed gifts.  By using this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.  Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any queries.

Your order will be made once your personalised/customised order details and payment have been received.  You will receive a confirmation email from us with a copy of your order details.  Please double check this as we follow all spelling and other details as it appears on your order and we take no responsibility should the details be entered incorrectly. 

R.E.S Designs reserves the right to use photographs of your finished order on our website, social media sites and where we see fit unless you request otherwise.

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

TURN AROUND

As all items are generally made to order please allow 5 – 10 working days (unless otherwise specified on the product listing) for your order to be made.  If you need your order quicker than this please contact us to see if we have an opening in our schedule. 

We do keep a small range of already made items in stock so if you do need a last minute gift then please contact us to see what we have available.

Once your order has been made we will update your order status with the tracking number and link for you to track your parcel.

 

RETURNS

As our products are normally personalised we do not accept returns for change of mind.  If you are unhappy with your order though for whatever reason please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to discuss.  Should your order arrive with the incorrect details, colour or something to that effect please contact us asap and if it was our mistake we will remake your item and resend it to you as quickly as possible.

 

BREAKAGES

We endeavour to not have this happen but as our items are fragile this does happen from time to time so if you are one of the unfortunate ones and your order does arrive damaged or broken please contact us asap and include a photo of the damaged items as we will need this for our insurance claim.  We will then make you a replacement item and get it to you as quickly as possible.
